Basic Information about Me Born in the family of a reknowned Freedom Fighter of India against British Rule, in 1948, I am a Science Graduate from Agra University of 1967 batch and an Engineering Graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorke (then University of Roorkee) of 1971 batch. I worked in various industries including Steel and Steel Tubes for 12 years and reached the level of Chief Engineer. Then I worked as an independent Engineering Consultant for about 15 years. For the last 10 years, I have been in the field of publishing, editorship and authorship since 2000. In these positions, I have edited two magzines - Friends for Industry (English) and Dhritrashtra (Hindi), and have written a dozen books on Engineering subjects for print media. Now, I am devoted to writing on Internet - blogs and articles. My other keen interest is in herbal gardening which I am developing in my native village Khandoi, Bulandshahr, India.
